Twenty five years ago today after the 9/11 terrorist attack I was by frozen by fear. I will not let fear drive my life. I will do what I can. I will ask for help. And I will pray.

My nine minutes and eleven seconds of silence today with our flag to honor our heroes who took action, those who died and those who are sick and dying from the terrorist attack on 911. My heart goes out to all who lost love ones.
